Kylie's Back in Business!!

Sorry people, my Mom grounded me from the computer for 4 months. She said I'm too much of a trouble maker. What can I say, I like ripping up carpet padding, stealing Maddy's binkey, and getting myself into impossible spaces then crying because I get stuck.

A lot has happened since we last blogged. I finally got some teeth after 8 months. And I've moved on from just eating baby food, to eating yummy food that I see Momma and Daddy eating all the time. My favorite is when we go to Beni Hana's. Mmmmm... yummy fried rice.

But even more importantly... I can WALK! I started walking right around 9 months. The video below is from a couple weeks ago. I've gotten much better since then... its almost my primary mode of transportation. My bear crawl is still #1 though.

I've really grown into a sweet little girl that loves to laugh and smile. And when I sit still for long enough... cuddling is my specialty.

6 Months

I had my 6 mo. checkup today and here are the vital stats: height = 27 inches (86%), weight = 17 lbs. (68%), head = 22 cm (I don't remember exactly, it was 80-something %, but needless to say, my head is big). Oh yeah, and for that evil nurse who gave me all those shots = not cool, evil nurse...not cool.

Picture Messages to Momma

So every weekday morning, I wake up in a super smiley great mood. I play with Momma and Daddy for a while and then take a trip over to Grandma and Grandpa's house while Momma and Daddy go to work. I can tell on some days that Momma gets really sad when I have to leave her, so sometimes during the day, I secretly steal Grandma's phone and take pictures of myself and send them to Momma so she won't be so sad. Here are some of the good one's I've sent her recently.

January in Pictures

It's been a great January. I just had my four month check up and the doctor said I weigh 14.1 oz (the 58th percentile) and my height is 25.25" (the 81st percentile). I roll over from my back to my belly all the time, and have even started to try to crawl by putting my knees under me. Istill have a long way to go before I crawl, but this month I've made some huge strides. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Christmas at the Hoeller's

The weekend before Christmas, we all packed up in the car and drove to Houston to visit my Grandma and Grandpa Hoeller, Uncle Chris, and my cousin Alexis. This was my first trip to another city, and boy oh boy was it a fun one! Here's a picture of me and my Grandma Jeanne.

I had such a fun time playing with my cousin Alexis. Even though she is almost seven years older than me, I know that we were going to be buds for forever.

She made me laugh all the time with her silly voices and funny faces. Here's a cute picture that mom managed to catch of us laughing and have a great time.

It sure was fun visiting Houston, I can't wait until next time!
